Custom items / China direct shipping:** Production takes around **8-15 days**, with shipping time of approximately **25-55 days to the USA, 35 days to Australia, and 50-65 days to Europe and Canada**. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance. 3.Does the products require assembly? Most reception desks come fully assembled, requiring only the removal of the wooden crate. For desks over 2 meters, parts may be shipped separately, and we will provide detailed installation videos to guide your team through the process. 4.Can I customize the size and color? Yes. We support customization of size, color, materials, and design. You can customize based on our existing models or provide your own drawings. 3D renderings are available with a $100 design fee, which will be refunded after order confirmation. We also provide complete store fit-out solutions. 5.What if my product is damaged during shipping? Check the packaging before signing for delivery.
