Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time (for example, 2:00 PM PST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer shipping via standard carriers within the United States (continental U.S.).

We provide Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$ 25.

For orders under US$ 25, standard shipping rates will apply and are calculated at checkout.

If you require expedited shipping (e.g., 2-day or next-day), select the expedited option at checkout. Expedited shipping charges are additional and depend on your location and package weight/size.
Shipping Time Estimates

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
International Shipping

[If you do ship internationally] International shipments may incur additional delivery time, customs duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.
Shipping Restrictions & Large Items

Some oversized or heavy items (such as large trees, animatronics, or yard decorations) may require special freight or carry additional shipping charges.

If your order contains a large item, you will be notified of any special shipping arrangements or costs before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes your tracking number and carrier name.

You may use the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

If more than 10 business days have passed since shipping for a standard shipment (or 5 business days for an expedited shipment), and you have not received your package, please contact us at Sales@usadecoration.com with your order number.
Shipment Issues & Lost Packages

If the carrier notifies us that the package is delivered but you do not receive it, please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your building’s front desk (if applicable).

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us promptly. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

In cases where a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work to either resend your items (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
Address Changes & Holidays

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible; once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee we can redirect it.

We are closed on major U.S. holidays; shipments will not be processed on those days and will resume the next business day.
Returns & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and packaging, and contact us at Sales@usadecoration.com within 7 days of delivery.
