🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email sales@usadecoration.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Carefully pack and ship the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming receipt and refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us within 30 days at sales@usadecoration.com. We’ll replace it or provide a refund.
